Tenfolk is a small, focused consultancy helping SMBs and startups integrate AI into their products and operations. We move fast, keep things composable, and stay out of your way.
We started Tenfolk because most AI consultancies are either too expensive for growing companies or too slow to deliver anything real. SMBs and startups need AI that works today, not a six-month roadmap.
Our team brings experience across LLM integration, agent orchestration, and production automation. We've shipped AI features for products across SaaS, logistics, fintech, and healthcare — and we've learned what it takes to go from prototype to production without the waste.
We use the best tools available — including OpenClaw and Hermes for agent orchestration — and we adapt our approach to your stack, not the other way around.
Based in Pondicherry, India, we work with clients globally. Our process is remote-first and async-by-default, which means we're always accessible without demanding your calendar.

Our working principles.
Keep launching
Many startups successfully launch multiple times, proving it's more effective than a single massive launch. We don't believe in singular delivery either. We keep launching, getting actual feedback, and iteratively building on top of that.
Composable builds
We keep projects structured to complete within 1–3 weeks, involving a team of 1–3 people. Minor fixes or additions are accomplished within hours or a day. Small, composable parts that work together beat large monolithic deliveries every time.
Async by default
We work completely async with a dedicated Slack channel for each project and a project board for anything feature-related. No unnecessary meetings — just clear communication and steady, visible progress.
